相片及產品製作安排 Photo and Production
相片製作安排：
- 所有相片/Video需要14個工作天時間處理相片. (如遇公司假期、颱風等處理時間將順延計算）。
- 畢業套餐需21個工個天處理相片.
- 初生套餐需14個工個天處理相片（光暗、色調、對比），另加7個工作天處理精修相片.
- 所有相片包括基本執相（光暗、色調、對比），不包括修面型輪廓、面部瑕疵及修身形等等，如需要精修另再報價。最基本精修相片$300/ 張。看複雜程度或多張再報價.
- 所有提供的相片只限由我們挑選，以嚴格控制品質及保留影樓風格。我們保留發送及刪除相片的權利.
- 拍攝14個工作天後，會有專人安排聯絡預約到影樓揀相。揀相後將於2個工作天內以google drive 形式給客人下載高像素數碼JPG相片.
- 如選取全相套餐或已購買全相，無須到達影樓揀相。拍攝14個工作天後，會提供google drive 形式給客人下載數碼JPG相片.
產品製作安排 :
- 產品回覆製作有效期為3個月(拍攝日計算），如在製作限期前未收到客人任何回覆將會視作放棄產品製作.
- 一般產品製作時間需要6-8個星期(假日、颱風等將順延)，收到客人回覆確認後計算.
- 特別相框 / 相冊排版設計需要14個工作天(假日、颱風等將順延)。設計完成後，會先提供給客人核實才會安排印製。設計經客人確認後起計製作時間需要6-8星期(假日將順延).
- 所有產品可以選擇順豐到付或到影樓自取.
Photo retouching & Photo selection :
- Package is include basic photo retouch (Brightness, White Balance, Contract).
- The processing time for basic retouch photo is usually 14 working days (except holidays)
- Graduation photos basic retouch (Brightness, white balance, contract) photo is usually 21 working days. (except holidays)
- All photos is included base photo retouch only (Brightness, White Balance, Contract). Charges extra for advanced retouching.
- All photos selection by Picsmile Studio ONLY, In case of any dispute, Picsmile Studio reserves the final decision.
- Come to our studio for photos selection. (except ALL photo package)
- Package provide google link for download JPG photos.
Production & Collection :
- Product(s) the valid date is 3 months counting from the shooting date. Reply your selection via WhatsApp / Inbox / email.
- In general, the production period is last for 6-8 weeks working days. After the production completed, we will contact you through message collect the product(s) in our studio or SF Delivery (cash on delivery).
- If the product is involved layout design. It takes 14 working days (expect holidays) for the layout design. We would provide you a layout and starting the production after the confirmation.
